Join a Grief Support Group for Survivors of Suicide
If available in your area, try to join a grief support group for survivors of suicide. You may also be able to join one remotely/via zoom. (Free or donation based.)
Try Your Local Hospice Center
Most local Hospice centers offer general grief support group (free or donation based) as well as individual grief counseling.
Try Your Local Medical Center
Contact your local medical center and ask what services they offer to those experiencing grief or to those who are struggling with depression and/or suicidal thoughts and feelings.
